With over forty years in the marine industry, Steve has spent the last 28 of them as a highly regarded Grand Banks specialist and salesperson. We’re delighted to make his expertise, experience and enthusiasm available to owners of all our brands.

Carvey has been working in the marine industry since 1987. Eleven years ago, he was recruited by our Mark Richards to specialise in the sale and after sale service of Palm Beach Motor Yachts. His love of the work explains his extraordinary success!

Steve started sailing at the age of nine. Having competed internationally, he spent 5 years running charters in the Caribbean. With 20 years of US sales experience, he brings his extensive expertise to our base in Fort Meyers, Florida.

A native Floridian, Chase has delivered hundreds of boats, both new and brokerage, since he started in 2007. A licensed broker for the last 12 years in Florida, he’s a true believer in our brands and a dedicated professional in helping our customers.

Sarah is a third-generation boatie! As well as her passion for the water, she brings ten years of advertising experience to the business of marketing the right boat to the right buyer and then ensuring they have an exemplary sales and service experience.

An avid boat lover, Julee has been selling new and used Grand Banks yachts since 1996. In 2015, she joined our team of factory-direct sales professionals at the GB Marine Group and has developed a profound knowledge of all our models and brands.

Sara’s love of boating started at the age of two! Raised on Grand Banks yachts by her father, she’s followed his footsteps and developed a passion for the business. Trained and mentored by Steve, Sara combines a profound knowledge with true customer dedication.

Clute is based in Connecticut where he has represented Grand Banks yachts for over thirty years. He owns a 100+ slip marina about 30 miles east of New York City and his experience in the area is a huge asset to those who enjoy a boating lifestyle.

Allan is a 13-year Palm Beach veteran and highly qualified broker. First employed in Australia, he then spent six years as a department head in our Malaysian factory before returning to Sydney as chief advisor on our service and warranty services for the region.

Based on the Gold Coast, Russell and his team have been taking meticulous care of Palm Beach yachts and our clients since 2008. We’re delighted to have his expertise and customer focus now that he is a full-time member of our team.

A boat builder by trade, Matt has had a stellar career as a racing yachtsman – he’s won the America’s Cup four times and crewed with our CEO, Mark Richards, on his record-breaking Sydney to Hobart victories. Matt’s expertise is invaluable to us.

After studying mechanical engineering and business administration, Albert became one of the last sworn yacht brokers in the Netherlands. Since 2000, he has prided himself on giving exemplary service to our owners and taking a close personal interest in their experience of our boats.

Gert has been a devotee of our brands since 1980 when he was first at the helm of a Grand Banks 36. Since 2003, as an owner as well as broker, he’s dedicated himself to delivering the optimal customer experience in sales and servicing.

Hank Compton is our Managing Director and based at our factory in Malaysia. A highly experienced boatsman, he’s been with the company for twenty five years and directed business in Stuart, Florida and on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
