This 46 provides a generous accommodations plan for active owners/operators or liveaboards. The master stateroom is full beam aft with walkaround queen berth and separate head and stall shower which make this owner's quarters very comfortable. The forward VIP stateroom and double guest stateroom offer great accommodations for your family and friends to stay onboard comfortably with access to guest head with stall shower forward as well. The separation between owner's and guest cabins are one of the main draws to this model!
The wide walk-around decks make getting around the outside of the boat both safe and comfortable. The safety rail/enclosed aft cabin nearly doubles the outdoor sunbathing, lounging and entertainment area. The owner has chosen to use this deck to house the dinghy davit crane and tender which works great! This can easily be removed and recreated into free space for your desired use. The outside storage is abundant, utilizing two aft deck boxes, built-in locker seats on the bridge, and a forward deck box. WALKTHROUGH
Enter this 1994 model 46 Grand Banks Motoryacht through either the port or starboard mid-ship side boarding doors into the beautiful spacious salon. There is an L-Settee to starboard with bar storage forward. The port side features 2 wood and upholstered GB chairs in the salon with (1) refrigerator mounted under the built-in side table. The galley is forward straight down the port side.
Take 3 steps down to the guest accommodations. To port is the double berth guest stateroom featuring sliding pocket door, hanging locker and storage below berth. To starboard is the guest head and stall shower.
The VIP guest stateroom sits forward featuring a V-berth with hanging locker to starboard. Her berth is very large spanning fully to both sides of the hull, with the V insert she is an extremely spacious berth for a couple to comfortably rest.
Underneath the steps down to forward accommodations is access into the engine room. Additional access to the engine room is via a sole hatch located mid-salon.
Back up to the salon, make your way to the private master stateroom directly aft past galley and salon. This private stateroom features a walkaround queen berth, single berth to port, plentiful storage in drawers and hanging locker, full length mirror and more. The head is to port and the separate stall shower is to starboard. There are many port holes and a hatch that allow in nice natural light and ventilation when needed.
The flybridge on this 46 MY is spacious and features many seating options, including L-settee to starboard, fore and aft seating forward to both port and starboard, along with a seating cushion for the large fridge/freezer box to port.
The aft cabin top is currently housing the tender lifted by the davit crane and a deck box.
