WALKTHROUGH

This Grand Banks 46 Eastbay SX features a galley down layout with two staterooms, each featuring private en suite heads with stall showers. She features a new 2021 Zodiac 11' 9" tender with Freedom lift, large utility room with combo washer/dryer, custom cockpit cover with stainless steel framing (cost $13,000 at installation in 2016), custom underwater lights, Garmin electronics and luxurious appointments including teak & holly varnished sole throughout for the discerning cruising couple.

The salon has a hydraulic opening window aft with pass-through access to the cockpit as a brilliant entertainment feature. Both port and starboard curved aft windows have custom mesh screens. There is a large U-settee with custom hi-lo table to port and straight settee to starboard; you will find plentiful storage inside all seating. There is a teak entertainment cabinet hiding the Samsung flatscreen TV which pops up electrically on a stainless steel lift. Her helm station with STIDD helmseat is to starboard with a double companion helmseat and chart locker across to port. Salon and helm windows are finished with custom Poseidon blinds.

The U-shaped galley is down a few steps to port with granite countertops with splashguard, electric cooktop, microwave/convection oven, front loading refrigerator drawers, top loading freezer, large stainless steel sink basin with single lever faucet and pull-out spray head, and plentiful storage in drawers and overhead lockers.

One exceptional feature is her large utility room accessed from the companionway (the stairs lift adjacent to the galley) with additional freezer, Splendide washer/dryer combo and large storage cabinet.

The master stateroom is forward and offers an Island Queen Centerline berth, Samsung flatscreen TV, plentiful storage including cedar-lined hanging lockers, and a private en suite head with separate stall shower. The guest stateroom is to starboard with twin single side-by-side berths with reading lights above each, a large cedar-lined hanging locker, storage with drawers under both berths and private guest head with shower stall. This guest head doubles as a day head with access from the companionway.
