The North East Grand Banks Owners Association (NEGBOA) is a non-profit corporation having the following goals:
To create opportunities for social interaction among owners, potential owners and other individuals having an appreciation for boats bearing the Grand Banks brand name.
- To foster enjoyable, safe and knowledgeable boating.
- To promote environmentally responsible boating.
- To provide means of communication between members for discussion related to recreational boating.
- To promote pride of ownership in the Grand Banks brand. These goals will be realized through events, forums and publications such as; rendezvous, newsletters, mail and email communications, social and fund raising activities, web sites and other activities endorsed by the members.

Association Q&A
Q: How many events does the NEGBOA hold annually?
A: We are just starting our association, but we will likely hold at least two annual events.
Q: How many registered members make up the association?
A: Membership in 2004, our first year, has grown to over 50. If you are interested in joining, please contact David Pearson or print, fill out and send in the membership application on our website.
Q: Do all members attend the event?
A: The first event, held in Mystic Seaport during the off-season, was attended by over 25% of the members. Details can be found on the website.
Q: What are your annual membership dues?
A: Annual dues will be $50 (USD).
Q: Do you have an association newsletter?
A: Not currently, but there are plans for one in the future.
