Grand Banks Celebrates 50 Years with a Big Lineup at Lauderdale
New models in GB's Heritage, Eastbay and Aleutian Series on Display

SEATTLE – September 14, 2006 –
Grand Banks Yachts celebrates its 50th Anniversary year with three highly acclaimed new models on display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The company has also launched a major Fall Sales Drive promotion leading up to the show, and plans to make a new product announcement in Fort Lauderdale as well, although no details have been released.
"2006 has been a big year for Grand Banks," said Marketing Director David Hensel. "We started with the debut of three all-new models at the Miami show, then hosted a month-long cruising event with the Grand Tour to Alaska in May. Our dealer network grew by leaps and bounds in the U.S., Europe and Australia, and now we're headed into Lauderdale with a great lineup and some exciting news for 2007."
New models on display include the 59 Aleutian RP, a luxury raised-pilothouse cruiser that has proven immensely popular in every market. The 39 Eastbay SX, a stylish successor to the hallmark 38EX that launched the Eastbay Series, will also be at Lauderdale. And in the Heritage Series, the 47EU marks the first in a new generation of faster, more spacious and more luxurious trawler-style cruising yachts for Grand Banks.
Also on display at Grand Banks' slips in the Bahia Mar Yachting Center will be the 47 Eastbay FB, 46 Heritage EU, and the company's flagship 72 Aleutian RP.
Adding to the excitement at the Lauderdale show is Grand Banks' new Fall Sales Drive.
