Grand Banks Announces New Authorized Dealer for Australia
Atlantic Motor Yachts will launch with Grand Banks Yachts at Sydney International Boat Show

SEATTLE – June 27, 2006 –
Following a strong showing at the 2006 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, Grand Banks Yachts is pleased to announce the appointment of Atlantic Motor Yachts as the company’s new Authorized Dealer for Sydney, Australia.
“Atlantic Motor Yachts brings an outstanding reputation in the premium yacht market,” said Peter Brown, Grand Banks’ Regional Sales Manager in Australia. “Their people are very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what they do. We’re very excited to have AMY join our expanding worldwide network of Authorized Dealers.”
Atlantic Motor Yachts will handle Grand Banks through its main sales office at Sydney’s premier Jones Bay Wharf, just minutes from the business district and the popular Darling Harbour Marina, location of the 2006 Sydney International Boat Show. AMY will display one model from each of Grand Banks’ Heritage, Eastbay and Aleutian Series at the show, including the popular 46 Heritage EU, the new 47 Eastbay FB, and the luxurious 64 Aleutian RP.
Earlier this year, Grand Banks Yachts received a strong response from the Sanctuary Cover International Boat Show, where sales are expected to top AUD$7 million. Among the models sold was the acclaimed new 59 Aleutian RP, the newest addition to GB’s raised pilothouse series of long-range luxury cruisers.
Atlantic Motor Yachts is well positioned to continue to drive sales for Grand Banks. Dealer principal Ron Winestock and his wife Nicola are the proud owners of a 2004 46 Heritage EU, and have made extended cruises with their family to the Whitsundays. Mr. Winestock established AMY in 2003 with Graeme Skerritt, and together they have grown the business to a sales staff of seven, including two sales managers, a technical service manager, and a boat maintenance manager. AMY also represents Azimut yachts as their exclusive dealer in Australia, the only such dealer to be recognized for their excellence in both sales and service as a Platinum Azimut dealer.
