Grand Banks Appoints New Authorized Dealer for Chesapeake Region
|
SEATTLE – May 23, 2006 –
Grand Banks Yachts today appointed Jarrett Bay Yacht Sales as the company's Authorized Dealer for the Chesapeake Bay region. The announcement follows April's selection of JBYS as Grand Banks' dealer for the Carolina's, and reflects Jarrett Bay's strong commitment to sales and service for GB owners along the Mid-Atlantic seaboard.
With this new territory, Jarrett Bay Yacht Sales will now handle Grand Banks through Chesapeake-area sales offices in Baltimore, Maryland and Virginia Beach, Virginia - in addition to their current GB sales offices in North Carolina and South Carolina. Warranty and repair work within the region will be coordinated through Jarrett Bay's 175-acre industrial park located on North Carolina's Intracoastal Waterway in Beaufort. With ample dockage space and 50 to 220-ton travel lifts available, Jarrett Bay Yacht Sales is fully equipped to offer any service required from Grand Banks owners.

The appointment is part of Grand Banks' ongoing efforts to grow its worldwide network of Authorized Dealers. The company currently has 17 dealers with over thirty locations throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia.
