Grand Banks Yachts Fills Executive Vice President Position
Rob Livingston is promoted to EVP and appointed to Board of Directors

Seattle, WA – July 13, 2004 – Grand Banks Yachts has promoted Rob Livingston to Executive Vice President and appointed to the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Livingston's promotion was effective July 1 and will continue to report to Bob Livingston, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Rob Livingston was promoted from Vice President of Marketing, a position he has held with the company since 2001. As EVP, he will be responsible for marketing, distribution, service and strategic development. Mr. Livingston also worked for Grand Banks from 1993 to 1995. He has also spent time with Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley, America Online and aQuantive in various investment banking and business development positions. Mr. Livingston holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Finance and International Management from Georgetown University.
